I submitted my passport 7th January, you received 12 January, from then it’s 55% , now it’s more the one month, it didn’t update, honestly now I’m really desperate and very depressed, everything is open , shopping mall and all, but the immigration close,why?

I am Tahanin Taher Omey, my passport no. BR0411136, I am from Bangladesh. I applied for my visa renewal on December 22,2020. And submitted my passport on 7th January 2021, with dami ticket and a supporting letter from my university as it is very urgent.
