In my case I filled a google docs form provided by the uni regarding the accommodation and then informed ghe uni that I have submitted the form, so they just forwarded it to EMGS then, It took about a week for EMGS to acknowledge reciving the document, which they are still “processing”

Oh okay yeah I saw that Google form. So I guess I’ll have wait a bit after filling out the form.
Hopefully we make it before the end of October cause there will be a lot of work to catch up. -
@saifullahkhan in filling the Google form, did you use your home address for address line 1 and 2 or you used a Malaysian address?

I’ll be taking computer science and will be flying from UAE.
Yes I did submit the declaration once it prompted me for it, that’s the only reason my application has been delayed I think-
Oh, then I do fear mine will be delayed cause I’m still searching for accommodations, their almost all taken already

Did you contact anyone from the university for the accommodations? Cause they’re not answering any of my emails and calls

Oh, I’m taking CS but I’m also flying from ksa. My application is still yet to be sent to the immigration department but I emailed EMGS so hopefully there’s an update soon.

Nope I haven’t even paid the semester fee yet cause Im waiting for the EVAL to be processed and then register, I think the deadline is 28th October for registrations

Yup, Im stuck on 35% since 4th October, my application is still in process with EMGS not the immigration department and the classes have already started yesterday

Really hope we get it soon. Also try emailing EMGS, I did that when it took some time to process. I think they just forget to send it or smthng.

Mine too, visa department at UPM must in future find a way to help it’s students concerning eVAL…this can’t be fair to us customers going to study in malaysia

Totally agree, it’s not fair to us at all. And they don’t even give answers or explanations.

Since 29th!? Did they ask for any additional documents? If not then I g it shouldn’t be long before you get it. Have you tried contacting them?
