Dear EMGS Officer,
My name is Sylvia Bunjamin passport number C9141251. The passport is already in the immigration and my application status has reached 90%, how long will it take for me to receive my passport again? Because I have to attend my graduation on November 10 and all my flight booking and payments have been made. I’m worried that my passport will not be returned by then and I would not be able to make my flight and graduation. I hope you can help me with my visa, thank you.

  Hi Sylvia,
  
  Please be informed that your application is still in the midst of processing with the Immigration Department for approval. The processing of a student pass approval takes 14 working days from the date we receive the complete application documents and passport from the institution. However, the approval to issue the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Any update we will notify the institution accordingly.
