Dear Mpoyi,
You need to contact your counselor to check with EMGS and re send the required documents to EMGS. In addition, EMGS never accepts any document directly from students. Your issue is with University and you need to push them focus more on your application. Contact them regularly to be active regarding your application. Wish you best of Luck
