You can download VAL by using Browser. Open EMGS web page, track your application. There will be option for download. Downloading facility not available on EMGS Mobile app. View

Yes! It’s compulsory for your university to clear you from the immigration. That’s the system and the procedure you cannot avoid.
Don’t forget your yellow fever card too, and inform your university of your arrival date and time. Safe flight!
