Hi, my process is now at 35% and with immigration department it says on hold in requirement of additional documents. But following with my institution they said immigration nor emgs haven’t let them know regarding what additional document is required. How can I solve this problem? Thanks

  You may want to check your email to find out what the additional document is. Have you done it yet? Because I was sent an email by emgs before.
