Hi bro, who can appeal? Its by yourself or institution?
I just call the emgs, finally, i got my reason of rejected, its because i didnt submit all passport data page, so i can appeal with data required.
Can i submit to emgs for appeal?

Only your Institute can appeal. You can just submit the required documents to your institute.

I am yet to receive reason for rejection, but probably could be due to all passport pages of which the online application clearly asked for only data page.
