I did that at the beginning of applying for VAL

Hi, i have applied for VAL on 10 August yet it is still stuck on 7% application approved by institution and no further progress. Can any one help me as my classes are starting from 3 of September in UM and I am a bit late.

  Did u make payment of val processing fee?if u didn’t u have to pay for your val fee.
