I really don’t know why they are ignoring us. We are having a valid case. We really cannot leave such small babies.

Please note that entry for dependants is still on hold. We will only be able to advise you once there are further instructions from the relevant government agencies.

please @EMGS at least allow child dependants along with mother because mother can not continue their Research without their child or infant… at least allow one dependant. we are a few numbers of people requesting this issue

please EMGS i came to my country along with my dependant child on 11th March, 2020 for my mother illness. After that can not come back. Yes please EMGS. I also travelled in March for emergency. Then MCO kept extending and then my chikd was born in July. I could not come simply because I have an infant. Its been long and yet dependents of post graduates are not allowed. Please at least consider mothers who cannot leave their children and also have to do research. I need to do…[Read more]

hi, from where you got this news? Actually, on last year, March, i came to my country with my dependant child after that can’t cone back because of this pandemic. So, i am eagerly waiting when they will allow dependant because i have to come back Malaysia for my Research, i am pursuing Masters there.

Hi EMGS, i came to my home country with my child(dependant) after that can not come back because of pandemic. Dependant visa already expired on 3rd January.. how can i take him along with me to Malaysia again. Thank you

Hi Sukh,

Please note that existing students not from the 23 banned countries are allowed to enter Malaysia provided that they obtained their travel authorization and entry permit. However, we are yet to receive an update on the entry for students from banned countries and entry for dependants.

We understand your concern. However, entry for dependants is still on hold. Therefore, we are unable to advise you on the procedures for dependants. We will only be able to advise once we receive further instructions from the relevant government agencies.

Yes, thank you but my main concern is that if i fail to renew the visa then i wouldn’t able to complete the Masters. If i submit the required documents as the university wanted me for, then how will i renew visa for dependent since me and my son’s visa both will be expire on 3rd January, 2021. seeking response from you.

Dear EMGS
I came to my country on last 11th March with my child. After that can’t come back. I am Masters student and my child has dependant visa. Now my visa will expire 3rd January. My university advised me to submit the documents by email for visa renewal Then how can i renew the dependant visa for my child. please answer emgs team

We understand your concern. Existing students not from the 23 banned countries is allowed entry into Malaysia. However, we are yet to receive an update with regards to dependants as entry for dependants is still on hold. We will revert back as soon as we receive an update on this matter.

  dear EMGS immegration department they will work after 9 november ?! i want to know my procces still 90% it takes 1 month ,, they will finish my passport or still end of december i want to travel ,, i contact my university they said wait until 9 november , why they dont work with renew student i want to come back my country
