Hi officer, I applied for new visa not renewal on 25/10/2020 and until today my visa is about to be out this week, however I need to ask the visa valid for 12 months but the starting of these 12 month will be from the day which the visa issued by immigration or from the day I submitted my documents on 25/10/2020.
