hello anyone got EMGS number other than the hotline number? I try contacted them by email a few times but they did not really look into my cases. Anyone can help or any EMGS Staff see this post? If yes, please give me number that I can contact.

Should she be available here in Malaysia while applying? If so under which Visa she has to travel from India?

From India the social pass is of two types.
Sticker on passport page and e-visa (paper copy) .which one is she should obtain ?

I have been offered to study PhD at UM. I will be moving with my wife.
Can anyone help me with the accommodation for both of us .basic facilities with kitchen is all required for now.

Send the payment slip to both EMGS and your university through email.

Did you pay online or through your institution? You cannot pay directly through a bank to emgs.
