I already received notification that my VAL letter is ready for download, could you please tell me where can I download the letter please?

  Congratulations on receiving your VAL. Therefore, kindly refer to https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/, followed by keying your passport number and selecting your nationality. This will enable you to download your VAL.
