Hello EMGS officer,
So, my school told me they submitted the letter to open back my application but apparently they did not submitted it at all. Can I go to EMGS personally to get it done, since my school is not doing it properly.I already submitted my passport on March but only this month they submit and causing my application to close. And i already booked my flight ticket very early since they told me it only takes 1 month now i couldn’t go back because they keep slacking off. Can I go to EMGS office without relying on the schools agent ?

  We are sorry to hear about this. However, the submission to reopen the application should be submit by institution only. We advise that you liaise with your institution in order to resolve this matter. However, the approval to reopen the application is subject to EMGS officer discretion.
