What about verification of certificates, I have all my stamp from ministry of education and foreign affairs , but I can’t find the letter itself.. Do you think I should get another one?

Nothing to worry about.
But if the admission you gave them is a passed intake admission they won’t submit it to immigration unless you give them new offer letter.

Contact your uni for more details bro.
They probably had other students from your country and they will tell you what you need before you arrive Malaysia.

Bro you need to arrive only through the airports if you are a student coming for the first time.(KLIA)
About the visa once you enter Malaysia your school will collect your passport and submit to emgs for the proper visa endorsement which will be valid for one year.
You don’t have to exit Malaysia to renew your visa.

Did you apply for SEV?
You need to authenticate your documents at ministry of education and foreign affairs too
You need to get eligibility letter from ministry of affairs.
For the travel you need your eval flight ticket and SEV covid vaccination certificate or test result with negative

You should use a domiciliary account (dollar account with your home country bank) card to make the payment sir,
Or if you have any friend abroad you can use his card to make the payment.

I understand what you are saying.
Your situation here is that you have the option to apply online or visit the embassy which ever one you choose is the same. But the online one is faster and it is still the same Malaysian embassy in Philippines that will attend to youinline at (official Malaysia visa)

Nur, you don’t have to go to the embassy anymore.
You can apply for it online at your comfort zone.
Within 4 days you will get it.
So go online and search for (official Malaysia visa) then register and proceed.Good luck
