Good day!
I am writing to inquire about my student visa renewal due to late submission. I wonder whether it’s a special pass or not, and what is the official fee for the student pass renewal. My passport number is Y2458976.

  Upon checking, you have obtained the 3-year student pass duration. As such, the renewal is only for your insurance, which is currently pending for the payment. With regards to the fee that you need to pay for the renewal of your insurance, we recommend you liaise with the institution for further clarification and assistance on this matter.
