Based on the circular issued by Jabatan Pendidikan Tinggi on 31st July 2019 & JPT/GS 1000-630(41)] on 9th December 2019, the applicant must obtain IELTS 5.5 or equivalent as per the MQA Standard Program. The Institution is required to submit a ‘Conditional Offer Letter’ for International Students to fulfill the English Language Competency requirement of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent within the first two (2) years of studies.
