I needed to fill up a pre-departure form in the airport. You can find this form in the MySejahtera app under traveller. There is an another pre-departure form I filled which can found in the EMGS website.

One of my senior said you can try go to the money changer and ask them if you want to transfer to the hotel bank account.

For home quarantine i uploaded travel Authorization, single entry visa copy, declaration of accommodation, passport, vaccination certificate and ticket

The declaration form should be filled in, signed and submitted to emgs by university. You just contact the university and provide them with your accomodation address.

Provide the accomodation details to your university and ask it to submit it to emgs.
