You can’t do that , you can’t enter Malaysia with tourist visa then apply for your student visa they will reject it , you should get your student visa and get it from the embassy in your country before coming to Malaysia

No I have already applied for the student visa from here. But I don’t think I will be getting it so soon. So I think I will have to come to malaysia on tourist visa

In general you have to make medical screening in Malaysia, and for public Universities I think not need for pre medical screening.

medical screening will cost you around 300 RM, but u should have it in your public university

Though I uploaded… but since u r going to UPM… I think It will not be a thing to much worry… because for people going to the public uni, its not mandatory… that’s what written in the emgs website!

My varsity still didn’t receive the letter from EMGS. whyyyy?????

It takes about three days to reach university(they don’t work on Saturdays noe Sundays). Just wait a few days, you are on track.

dont worry as long as its green everything is going ok. it will start progressing very soon. if the colour changes to yellow then u should contact ur uni and emgs asap

They stop over the weekend. By Monday inshaallah it will update, probably reaching 35% on Tuesday. Don’t worry, once you are past 15% is much quicker.
