My eval is approved and downloaded. I’m a citizen of Sudan who is residing in Uganda at the moment and there is no Malaysian Embassy in Uganda. Would I be able to travel to Malaysia and get SEV on arrival? View

It means u are from non sev country …. so val is sufficient for travel to malaysia
