Hi! I’m a new student and already got my eval. my application is 80% but i got notified to submit student passport, personal bond and medical screening. I’m still in my country. What should i do? Just ignore it until i arrived to KL or ?

  Yes and if you need to apply for single entry visa do it.
  
  Another thing email ur uni to make sure everything is okay before you travel.

  Nothing other than travelling to Malaysia. Once you arrive and do the medical screening, you can continue with the pocedures by submitting your passport to the university.
