Your passport is possibly still at your university malaysia immigration is closed now they can’t give you the visa now . Your university can only send the passport to the immigration once the immigration reopens . So in short your passport is still at your university ~
but the status shows my passport it at emgs
No immigration already open i have friend already done renewal today
