Is anyone else experiencing the issue of the EMGS progress being stuck at 35% for an extended period? I’d like to ask how everyone resolved this problem. It’s been about 10 working days for me, and I’ve sent emails to EMGS, but their response is always to wait for notification from immigration. I also tried calling immigration at +60 3 8000 8000, but I couldn’t get through. Does anyone have a direct way to contact immigration, or are there other methods to speed up the process?
