I’ve got my eVAL just now. And I’m going to apply for the SEV as soon as possible. But they mentioned in there that I need to inform to my university about my travel to Malaysia before 7days of my arrival and also they mentioned that I can’t go through if not my representative available there to receive me! Actually I’ve my friend there in Malaysia. I wish them to come and receive me at the airport. I wonder is that possible or not and also what’s the procedure in the airport?

And, My semester will start on July 12th. Can I visit Malaysia before than the date of my university starts?

  So when I can depart from my country? I mean, can I come atleast before a week of my orientation date?
