I’m sorry to bother you, but may I get any updates regarding to my VAL application? It has been stuck at 35% since 28th August for 13 working days. I’m concerned because I’ve missed my orientation and my classes start tomorow. Due to it, I really hope for your help to expedite my VAL application progress.
