First you have to email the visa unit asking them to send ” cover letter ” to EMGS.
Which will take maybe time to do so..
I prefer to email the international student center and tell them what the EMGS wants

this is what they send in Remarks… additional documents are required to process your application and notification has been sent to your institution rgarding this . kindly refer to your institution for further informaition

My agent said that there is no chance of getting a Visa at 38%. I will only get my visa when it’s 75% green.

Yes correct.. until now the VAL will be ready for collection at 70%
But at 38% insuring that the visa already approved
It’s just up to 2 to 7 days will be reaching to 70%-
I am not sure what i heard about that Val downloading thing.Can i download it on 38%?

Yes correct but that option will be available from 15-10-2017
But sadly you get 38% before this date so you have to wait until 75%
It’s around 7-10 days max
Expected from 3-7 days

It shouldn’t be a problem usually it takes 7 to 10 days but some times it can be fast expected from 3 days to become 38% and from 1 day to become 70% 1 day and some times the same days it’ll be 75%
