Hi Emgs!
I will be a new student this year in Xiamen University Malaysia. My current visa status is 32%. How long I have to wait till 100%? It is been 2 weeks last update. I should go to Malaysia sooner to my mind. October is coming. News said border is open for international students. I am from Uzbekistan. Please answer me.

  sorry I do not know exactly but my country is not into banned list so I said it.

  Please be informed that the Immigration Department for the issuance of the VAL. However, at present, the Immigration Department is not issuing VALs to new international students who are outside Malaysia. We will only be able to advise once we receive further instructions from the Immigration Department.
