Most disappointed system in the world i swear on God , i post my status about visa almost 3 days ago they still didn’t reply to me

Dear emgs ,passport number Jd5192072 my visa status is 35% from long time and i already send my remaining documents to university but i don’t know how to do it by myself because of my agent he is not responding so guide me i need my visa as soon as possible please reply ..

Hey my name is shoaib from and i am student of segi uni in medical . I wanna ask about my emgs percentage this is not going to increase at all but my uni may be open from 15 oct and i need my visa thanks my passport no. JD5192072
