Dear Sir
I would like to enquire about the reason for the delay in processing my visa approval letter. It is clearly seen on the EMGS website regarding a timeframe for issuing a visa approval letter but why I am getting the same answers from the officials. I am attaching the statement from step 2 on the website for your reference.
My application has already passed one month now after submitting it to the immigration department. Please clarify my visa application as soon as possible because further delay may force me to cancel my registration from the university. Please provide some details of my further waiting time so that I can talk with the university administration regarding my future course of action. My details are as follows.

  Hi Shekh,
  
  We understand that the process will normally take approximately 14 working days. However, this is also depending on the submitted documents. Applications were put on hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic and as we resumed processing applications, we required additional documents. We received the additional documents and resubmitted your documents to the Immigration Department on the 15th of March. Although the process has taken longer than the stipulated time frame, the approval is solely at the Immigration’s discretion. We will only be able to update your application status once they have completed your application process.
