Dear EMGS
I completely understand that the decision to approve or reject my application is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department and there is no timeframe to process my application but I don’t know that why the immigration department is taking too much time to process my application. If it is any problem with my application then please let me know. Is it any possibility to renew my application for the fast approval of VAL? My application for VAL has already completed for one month now. My travel Document No is R8922603.

  Please note that your application is in progress with the Immigration Department. We understand your concern. Hence, we are following up on the application progress. We will notify the institution once there are updates from the Immigration Department.

    Hello EMGS Officer,
    
    I withdrawn from PhD prgram. Can you pleade confirm my application and VAL are cancelled or not. Can I proccess for visa approval letter (VAL) from new institute.

      Hi Shakeel,
      
      Please note that the application was only created by your institution on the 14th of April 2021. Therefore, we will proceed to review your documents and if the documents are complete, we will then proceed to submit them to the Immigration Department. Rest assured, your institution will be notified on the progress of your application.
