Hi, my VAL approved already and I arrived malaysia but already late for registration. i can’t join this semester and i have to join for next semester at September. now I’ve to go back my country. my VAL is valid till 7 August. so is it possible to come again with the same VAL? please let me know if anyone know about the correct information.
