Salam,
My EMGS App is on hold for more than 23 days with 35% yellow, b/c of declaration of accomodation, I have filled the online form and communicated with IPUTRA’s on duty officers, they informed me through a freind of mine in UPM that they responded to EMGS and delivered the declaration letter.

Hi. Try confirming for sure that your university has sent your declaration. Then ask whether they gave the declaration over the counter physically or did they send it online through email. If they sent it through email ask for the case number. You can call EMGS directly and refer that case number for them to look into it.
