Is this SOP still valid? Specially article numbers 2.6 and 2.7 for existing international students? Do we need to first apply to DMGS for returning?
Can’t we international existing students directly apply for eSEV?

Please note that the SOP is valid and international students intending to enter Malaysia woud have to adhere to entry procedures.
