Dear sir,

Assalamu alikum.
My application for visa renewal, it’s been 60% since last month. My visa is going to expire soon. (10the july).
May I know why it’s taking too long for immigration to approve my visa. Can you send reminder to immigration to speed up the process.

  Hi Sheikh Hanif,
  Please be informed that the Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days from the date we submit the Passport to the Immigration Department. However the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will follow up on your passport status with the Immigration Department and your application will be updated as soon as we receive your passport from the Immigration Department.
