@natasya hi there, can u pls help me out by letting me know how long will it take to process my visa renewal. I have submitted all the required things to my institution on 14/07/2017 but it still shows 0%

Hey guys, i hope u are doing well with ur visa process. Actually I wanted to know that is there any way to chat with the emgs system about my visa status?

  You can visit emgs website to check for live chat option. I guess there is, but quite not sure about it. However you may call them in their working hours. Their over the phone service and solutions are very satisfactory.
