My status showing in yellow colour with 15% .I don’t know when it will change. Almost three wks really fed up. I want be there this month 4 but unfortunately……

Hi still my status showing in yellow colour. I mailed to university. But they are not responding. I don’t know what will do

  my file stays on 20%. they showing me my academic result is doubtful, but all are original.. what to do now??? can anyone help me???
