So there is no other way despite having all the valid documents plus SEV approved/stamped from embassy here.

is it to get clearance from the immigration counter at the airport? or for something else? what is the purpose of this, currently my uni’s ISC department is non-responsive.

I asked university authorities and they have told me that i can’t arrive to malaysia more than 1 week before registration date.

@abhijeet this could be the case if different universties have different rules, otherwise mine VAL is already approved and now i have to wait myself to get SEV because its valid for 3 months and i have more than 3 months to 29th august. i will apply for SEV next month which will take 14 days.

there could be many cases like unauthorized degrees, passport validity dates etc

i applied for val on 12th april, paid fee on 23rd april and val approved on 2nd May, what about you?
