Connect with your Institute. You need to provide an application to EMGS to reopen.
We did that 2 weeks ago, yet applications aren’t opened yet 😞
Same is happening with me i called them yesterday they said we are reviewing your documents submission. Rest they assured me that give us some time once emgs will approve the application they will resume the application accordingly.
Cancel your previous rejected application by emailing to emgs. And apply again. Rejected applications do not resume automatically
