There’s nothing to about this matter.
You submitted your passport to college but they haven’t submitted it to emgs. Once they submit the passport to emgs, your application status will progress further.
If there’s any issue, they will let you know.

Hi Shannan Xaviera,
Kindly liaise with your institute with regards of the submission of your passport. As soon as EMGS receive your passport from your institute and submits to the Immigration Department of Malaysia, the percentage will increase to 85%. Please note that the issuance of student pass is entirely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Have a nice day.

I’ve emailed my institution and asked about this problem, they said there’s no problem about this and i can submit my passport when I arrived in KL. I’m confused. I asked whether I should send them the softcopy of my passport or not, but she only replies “don’t worry”. What to do ? @dimplek
