My visa application shows 80% complete, but it turns out yellow. It says “pending submissions of student passport”.
But I’ve submitted my passport since the first time I applied visa.
What to do at this stage? Should I contact my university or just wait ? Thanks. View

There’s nothing to about this matter.
You submitted your passport to college but they haven’t submitted it to emgs. Once they submit the passport to emgs, your application status will progress further.
If there’s any issue, they will let you know.

Kindly liaise with your institute with regards of the submission of your passport. As soon as EMGS receive your passport from your institute and submits to the Immigration Department of Malaysia, the percentage will increase to 85%. I’ve emailed my institution and asked about this problem, they said there’s no problem about this and i can submit my passport when I arrived in KL. I’m confused. I asked whether I should send them the softcopy of my passport or not, but she only replies “don’t worry”. What to do ? @dimplek
