I submitted my passport on 25th of last month for visa renewal and it’s still at 90%. How long will it take and is there anything I can do to fast track the progress. My uni said that they had already submitted my passport last week View

Please be informed that the Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days from the date we submit the Passport to the Immigration Department. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify the institution once your passport is ready to be collected.
