@Yekeen Shamsudeen: you do not need NDLEA certificate, u only need Eligible letter from Ministry of Education to be certified by Ministry of foreign affairs, yellow fever card,offer letter, sponsorship letter,etc

It is a pleasure writing you this day. My application page was initiated on EMGS on 4th of this month and up till date I still have it at 0%.I contacted my host school and was informed that my documents and the val fee has been sent to EMGS.
