Do not go to agents, do it ur self , where’ve u from , usually it’s takes 1 week in India

As far I know, booking flight ticket is not mandatory for SEV..

Contact your institution they will provide you soft copy or even hard copy of VAL.

Do login from computer might be you will be able to download the VAl.

Same here. Mine is stuck on 50% since 15/11
