it normally takes 2 weeks for VAL but the time can be a lot longer because of two things
1)Depends on which country u r flying from
2)if they found any thing wrong with the documents then ur progress will be automatically stopped and then it always takes a long time to start the progress back.
if emgs is telling u that u need to send them documents again send them asap but if its saying that its still in progress with emgs then u should just wait patiently
One more thing if emgs have stopped ur progress and u have send them the documents then all u have to do is to keep emailing ur uni so that they can pressure emgs.
and i cant tell u anything about the agent cause that is sonething only u can get informating about wether he is fake or he is real…
Once documents are submitted to emgs and an application is created it completely up to them and agents have nothing to do with the process from that point on. 25% means they are about to submit your ptofile to immigration for approval.
Could you tell what color is the bar in your application when you check. Also, can you check the remarks section and tell us what it says in order for us to be able to help you more accurately.
