I need some help about the picture .what are the criteria to accept the picture for IKAD process. I have been working from last 4 days , got passport size picture from different photocolor labs but when I check all of them online to verify they highlight deficiencies. One deficiency is that the photo does not show skin color accurately and there are some shiny spots on the face .they asked me to upload picture with uniform lightening . Need help

  Ma’am . It does not work that way.
  You have to go to the photographer and show him the craculiam from the website and tell h precisely size needed. Do not pay till you get what you want.

  I had the same problem. I went to all the professional photographer in my borough it’s the same error messages. I had to send email to EMGS about the situation and copy my university.
