Hello everyone I need some guidance . I got admission offer letter for University of malaya for Fall 2022. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I could not join in fall 2022 and I requested the uni to defer my registration till March 2023 intake .They accepted my request and issued me the deferment letter . Meanwhile I had applied for student Visa on EMGS Portal beasd on the admission offer letter of Fall 2022. Now EMGS has asked me to upload some additional dacument like Picture , Passport Copy and Health Declartion form through my institution which is University of malaya. Now I want to know that should I send the required additional dacuments to my institution ? Is there any email address of EMGS where I can directly send the required documents or not? And should I also send them the deferment letter or not?
Need guidance please

  Yes ma’am. To sum up ma’am whatever documents, pucture or anything that EMGS asks you plus your deferement letter send it to this email. That precisely what i did الحمدلله
  My papers now with immigration.

  Send directly to EMGS additional document’s email that i sent. No need to invovle your uni with it

  Hello, I’m studying at UM too. You should inform emgs that the offer letter has changed, plus any additional documents you send, make sure to include UM student visa center as cc in the email
