Dear Emgs Good Afternoon,
I would like to know that why my health declaration form rejected again even i resubmitted it with name as indicated on my passport. Please kindly tell me why the form is rejected so i can review it. My passport number is AB6181482 from pakistan.

  Maybe did you fill in the name according to the passport or your offer letter?

    Yes i did. Is there capital letter or small letters matter on form ?

      I don’t think so it matters. Erm.. then i think you should give a call to EMGS. I contacted them last time about my issues too, they are very responsive.

  Perhaps you indicated you had all 14 conditions. Can you share what the information states about why you were rejected?
