Hello Ali. Since the process is taking longer time than usual, have you conveyed your concerns to your university? They may have access to the immigration department to ask on your behalf.

Yes I have been there since the start of this week they are trying their best they already know the problem that I have they are very well aware and they say it is the top most priority for them to resolve now yesterday and today they have been doing something which I hopeful to result in the immediate release of my stucked passport

Please note that we requested your institute to submit the passport to EMGS on 3rd Jan’2020 but we only received it on 22nd Jan’2020. The issuance of a student pass takes approximately 14 working days and the student pass approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department.

If u call immigration cyberjaya they don’t pick up your phone

Yes they will not attend but I will try tomorror also coz when I call that time is 5pm that time it’s close but plz if you are going kindly note my passport number also and check coz I am in my country I cant go with you guyz kindly help me what is going inside my passport number DS1981592

Yes green ever since the process started this colour is good but the percentage is weird

Bro we should go to the immigration office in putrajaya, it seems that none of this will help.

I call in putrajaya today I think you should go to cyberjaya

In putrajaya they didnt handle student application in cyberjaya coz I saw my sister get VAL from cyberjaya

I feel really helpless I have passed 12 hrs in the international office had no sleep at all because I had to leave quickly in an emergency I am wondering what is all wrong
