If emgs does not need require any more additional docs it takes a week for emgs to vet documents, and another week to immigration approval. In total takes 2 weeks

Can’t assure you about 80%. However, if all your documents are in place, you should get to 70% within the next 18 working days. That’s when you can download your eVAL and apply for the SEV. Good luck!
