Thanks for the reply. I understand the EMGS’s discretion. My institute has already requested EMGS to cancel the expired VAL application. I’d like to know that how long would it take to cancel the application so that I can apply the new one? Hey Shafiq! You need to inform your university about your itinerary and they’ll arrange for the representative at there to clear your immigration facilities in KLIA.
