Take a printed copy of VAL downloaded when you reach 70% in addition to the offer letter from the institution and don’t forget your passport of course.
You will pay 73 EGP then the representative will give you a form to fill.
After waiting a little, you will take the passport stampef with SEV (Same day).

I don’t think you can do that your percentage far from 7%

After 32% you get 35% first, after that you have to wait 7 working days for 80%

32-35% : 2 working days
35-70% : 7-10 working days provided no additional document or clarification is required(Please note that sometimes it gets approved within 4-5 working days too)

Have you booked your flight ticket already? Ideally you shouldn’t have. Not to demotivate you or something, but 7th February is next to impossible.

Unfortunately I booked the flight on Jan 4th, I was thinking that it will take 14 business days MAXIMUM and Feb 7th is a safe date to secure a flight.
Obviously I was mistaken 🙂
